How to use the Poshmark Fee Calculator
- Choose Poshmark US or Canada.
- Enter the price the item actually sold for. If you accepted an offer or gave a bundle discount, use the final amount.
- In Canada, set the GST/HST rate for your province; Poshmark adds it to its fee.
- Add what you paid for the item and your packaging to see your profit and the lowest sale price that still covers your costs.
How it is calculated
US: fee = $2.95 if the sale is under $15, otherwise 20% of the sale price Canada: fee = C$3.95 if the sale is under C$20, otherwise 20% (+ GST/HST on the fee) Earnings = sale price − fee Profit = earnings − your costs
The buyer pays for the prepaid shipping label, so shipping is not part of your earnings or your costs. Because of the flat fee, a $14 sale costs you 21% while a $15 sale costs exactly 20%, and very cheap items lose much more: a $5 sale gives up 59% to the flat fee.

Pricing tips for Poshmark
- Bundle cheap items. A $10 sale pays $2.95 (29.5%); bundling two of them into one $20 order pays $4 (20%).
- Price with offers in mind. Most buyers send offers, and the fee is charged on the final price. Use the break-even price as your floor for accepting offers.
- Remember the shipping discount. If you offer a discounted shipping label to a buyer, the discount is paid by you and comes out of your earnings.

In the US Poshmark takes a flat $2.95 on sales under $15 and 20% on sales of $15 or more. In Canada it is C$3.95 under C$20 and 20% from C$20, plus GST/HST on the fee.
Does Poshmark charge fees on shipping?
No. The buyer pays for the prepaid shipping label, and Poshmark's fee is calculated on the sale price only.
