About Parishrament
Hi, I'm Saurabh Pandey, a web developer and e-commerce consultant from India. I build online stores on Shopify and WordPress for clients, and I teach what I learn on the Saurabh Web Studio YouTube channel.
While setting up stores I kept seeing the same problem: sellers price their products without knowing exactly what the platform will take. Fees are spread across several help pages, they change every year, and they are different in every country.
Parishrament is my answer to that. Every calculator here runs in your browser, shows the formula it uses, and is built from fee tables that I check against the official Etsy, eBay, Shopify and government pages. Each fee table shows the date it was last verified and links to its source, so you can always check the numbers yourself.
If you spot a fee that has changed or a calculation that looks wrong, please tell me through the contact page. I fix reported problems first.
How the calculators are built
- Every fee and tax rate comes from the platform's or government's own page, linked under each table with the date it was last checked.
- Fee tables are re-checked at least every 90 days and whenever a platform announces a change.
- Each calculator shows its formula and worked examples, and the examples are recalculated automatically whenever a fee changes, so they always match the tool.
- Calculations run in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent to a server.

What you will find here
- Fee calculators for Etsy, eBay and Shopify that use each country's own rates, plus profit, discount, VAT and GST tools that work for any shop.
- Guides that explain each fee and tax rule in plain English, with worked examples you can check against your own statements.
- Fee tables that show where every number comes from and when it was last checked.
Who it is for
Makers, resellers and small brands selling online in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and India: anyone who wants to know what a sale is really worth before setting a price, running a discount or choosing a platform.
Corrections and suggestions
Platforms change their fees often. If a number on this site no longer matches your seller dashboard, or you would like a calculator for a platform that is not covered yet, please send a message. Fee corrections are checked and published first, and the fee table's "last verified" date is updated.
