This Privacy Policy explains how Parishrament ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit https://parishrament.com (the "Website"). If you have any questions, contact us at saurabh@zxnova.com.

1. Who we are

Parishrament is a free website of calculators and guides for online sellers, run by Saurabh Pandey from India, creator of the Saurabh Web Studio YouTube channel.

2. The calculators

All calculators run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you type (prices, costs, titles and so on) are not sent to us or stored on our server. To save you choosing your country on every visit, the calculators may remember the country you last picked in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to fix any problem you report. It is stored securely on our web server and may be forwarded to our email inbox.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of each request, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Spam protection: the contact form stores a one-way hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It cannot be used to identify you directly.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: described in section 5.

You do not need an account to use the Website.

4. How we use information

  • To reply to your messages and correct errors you report.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Website.
  • To display advertising that keeps the tools free (see section 6).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Website itself does not set tracking cookies. Google AdSense, which shows ads on some pages, may set its own advertising cookies (see section 6). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our calculator and guide pages. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads on our Website.

7. Third-party services

The Website uses trusted third parties to function: our web hosting provider, Google AdSense for advertising and Google Search Console to monitor how the Website appears in search. These providers process technical data (such as IP address) to deliver their services, under their own privacy policies.

8. Links to other websites

Our pages link to official fee and tax pages and other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Data retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Canadian, Australian or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. 11. Children's privacy

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and reasonable technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
