Independent creative and media agency Enigma has further bolstered its creative strength with the appointment of Clare Yardley as Head of Creative Services.

In her new role, Yardley will implement agency-wide systems and processes to ensure the delivery of exceptional creative work, enhance cost efficiency, encourage cross-department collaboration, and support Enigma’s ongoing business growth. Her appointment follows other recent senior creative hires, including Aldo Ferretto as Creative Director and Head of Art in June, and Simon Lee stepping in as Chief Creative Officer in March.

Simon Lee commented, “An exceptional Creative Services Director is the emotionally intelligent force that keeps an agency running smoothly, and Clare’s appointment is a significant one for us. We were looking for someone truly special to lead this area, and Clare fits that brief perfectly. She brings great energy and has collaborated with some of the best in the business—we’re thrilled to welcome her.”

Yardley added, “I’m thrilled to be part of Enigma. It’s rare to find an agency that genuinely values creative operations as a vital part of delivering outstanding work. The energy here is inspiring, and I’m excited to help shape how we work moving forward.”
